Scholarship InformationThe CCIM Institute New England Chapter's Scholarship Program was created to support qualified real estate professionals in their efforts to achieve the CCIM Institute designation. The Chapter grants scholarships to deserving students and real estate professionals who demonstrate commitment to the commercial real estate profession. Recipients should exemplify the high caliber of professionals that comprise the CCIM Institute.
Jack Peckham Memorial ScholarshipJack was the founder of the The CCIM Institute New England Chapter in 1975 and served as the First Chapter President as well as many other positions within The CCIM Institute New England Chapter throughout his career. Jack was also a past President of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and longstanding luminary in the Boston and National real estate community.
The scholarship is awarded as a partial or full reimbursement after the successful completion of a virtual or in-person CCIM Institute Designation Course (CI101, CI102, CI103 or CI104).
