Designation RequirementsThe CCIM Institute designation is the elite standard among commercial real estate professionals. To earn this commercial real estate certification, professionals must be a Candidate member of the CCIM Institute and complete the steps outlined by the CCIM Institute. Earning the CCIM DesignationThe CCIM Institute New England Chapter is here to support our local CCIM Candidates on their path to the PIN. Candidates for the CCIM designation are required to complete an Education Component, pass the Comprehensive Exam and complete a Membership Application.
Candidates, except Fast Track members, will also have to submit a Portfolio of Qualifying Experience for review. All portfolio submissions include a Chapter Recommendation.
