The CCIM Institute New England ChapterThe CCIM Institute New England Chapter is made up of CCIM Institute designees, candidates, and affiliate members. The Chapter serves as the focal point where members exchange ideas, best practices and assist each other in fulfilling the needs and objectives of their commercial real estate clients. Our members receive access to unparalleled learning opportunities for both earning the CCIM Institute designation and general professional development as well as access to networking events, virtual content and other resources.
Member TypesDesignee Member
Those members who are Designee members of the CCIM Institute and shall enjoy all the rights and privileges of membership, including the right to hold office and to vote. Candidate Member Members who are currently pursuing the CCIM Institute designation and are current members of the CCIM Institute. Candidate members shall enjoy all the rights and privileges of membership, except the right to hold the offices of President or President-Elect. Affiliate Member This class of membership is for those who are interested in the benefits of membership but do not plan on earning the CCIM Institute designation. Affiliate members shall enjoy all the rights and privileges of membership except the right to be a voting member of the Board of Directors or a Committee Chair. Other Types of Membership Discounted memberships to The CCIM Institute New England Chapter are available for Young Professionals under the age of 30 and Students of colleges and universities. |
